Goodbye Confusion and Conflict.
Hello Clarity and Connection!
Intimate Relationships test you on every level, even after you’ve “healed” from past “failed relationships”, childhood wounding, or trauma. (Failed relationships don’t really exist, by the way).
Even if you’re frequently arguing, the only one working on it, or are still healing from past trauma, it’s possible to create a partnership that works!
Real Love is Easier to Experience Than You Think
It's Possible to...
Feel appreciated for who you are, and confident that your partner chooses you every day.
Reduce destructive arguments, and increase productive discussions.
Transform fears into deep understanding of yourself and partner.
Embrace your individuality while strengthening your partnership.
Reignite your passion, and bring on the sizzle!
Bask in your newfound harmony, allowing you to fully relax after a long day of work.
It's Not Your Fault!
What's the Missing Link?
1. not knowing the true underlying problem
Most people chase their tail by only trying to fix the presenting problem. However, there’s invariably unseen factors under the surface that also affect the situation. If you don’t identify and fix them, nothing will change and the problem will keep popping back up.
2. knowing the problem, but not the solution
It’s said that, “Doing anything is better than doing nothing”. But that’s a myth. Doing the wrong thing will lead to undesirable results. Stringing together several wrong actions may even lead to disastrous results. So yes, knowing the best solution is important.
3. not knowing why your tactics didn't work.
It’s possible that your approach just needs to be tweaked. Or perhaps your approach is right, but you didn’t do it long enough to get your desired results. Alternatively, maybe something’s not aligned to you or your partner’s natural personality traits.
4. intense emotions
Past heartbreak or trauma affect how you act and react to new situations and your partner. Fear of repeating past mistakes often lead to making new ones, causing an unhealthy pattern of interaction (behaviors), which can repeat across multiple relationships.
Plus, it’s extra frustrating if you’re experiencing the same problem as in your last relationship. And it’s that much more confusing because you’ve done the inner work to heal from it!
Now is Time to Start a New Chapter (or even a New Book)!
New Choices are Available to You!
I have the experience, skills, and objectivity to help you identify the underlying problem(s), and guide you through overcoming them. Through my coaching process, you’ll organically up-shift your mindset and emotional resonance as you re-calibrate the dynamics of your relationship.
In short, I teach relationship skills while we work through conflict ~ skills you can use the rest of your life! Plus, you’ll feel re-inspired and re-invested in your partnership so the changes will last. Everything I teach, advocate, and share are principles I personally practice and have used to transform my own relationships.
I call it Relationship Healing Integration, because that’s exactly what it is. Heal wounds from the past while you integrate a new upgraded version of yourself into your current relationships.
The 4 Phases of Relationship Healing Integration
Intention
Clarify what you want!
It’s easy to say you want harmony, order, or intimacy. But specifically, what does that look like?
Fears aside, it’s time to be 100% courageously honest with yourself.
Together, we’ll translate your true desires into realistic objectives.
Identification
Deep-dive under the surface.
What’s blocking you and working in your favor?
What are your natural strengths and weaknesses?
Relationships are like fingerprints. This is not a one-size-fits-all fix. Our action plan needs to fit you personally.
Initiation
Break new ground!
Based on what we identified, act and react differently to presenting opportunities (like arguments, unstated resentments, and silent tension).
This creates stepping stones toward a brand new experience, and a brand new you.
Integration
Process, refine, and persist.
Shift your mindset to align with your objectives. Process your emotions.
Clearly ask for what you need. Develop a deeper understanding of your partner’s needs.
Embody a new way of doing your relationship.

What Others Have Said
Who is Judy?
Judy Graybill is a Relationship Healer and Certified Stepfamily Coach who specializes in moderate-to-high-conflict relationships. Coaching for nearly 15 years, she’s gifted at identifying where couples get stuck. She helps them develop the mindset and emotional coherence to establish long-term harmony, deeper intimacy, and a stronger partnership.
Her formal degrees are in Sociology and Psychology, complementing her certification as a Stepfamily Coach, personal experience, and subsequent healing journey.
As a child of divorce, Judy has first-hand knowledge of dysfunctional family patterns. They followed her into adulthood and 4 “failed relationships”, culminating in a painful but amicable ending to her high-conflict stepfamily experience. Feeling heartbroken, confused, and resentful, Judy set out to be happy and whole again. Through a Personal & Spiritual Journey, Judy managed to heal her complex trauma without traditional therapy. That ignited her passion to help others through similar experiences.
In addition to coaching, Judy speaks, writes, and facilitates in-person workshops. And, she’s a member of the Mind Well Collective.
